Return Policy
Mobitech accepts returns only for eligible products that are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all original accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Returns must be requested within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items showing signs of use, physical damage not caused during delivery, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.
Return Process:
1. Email us at mobitech999@gmail.com with your order number, product images, and a description of the issue.
2. After review, we will approve/reject your return request.
3. If approved, we will share return shipping details. Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective/damaged due to our error.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Refund Guidelines:
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
- If you haven’t received the refund:
- Recheck your account.
- Contact your bank or card issuer.
- Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only provided for items that are defective or damaged.
Exchange Conditions:
- Request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Only same product replacements are provided (subject to stock availability).
