  • Product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement:

  • A clear unboxing video is compulsory for all return requests
  • The video must:
    • Start before opening the package
    • Clearly show the sealed package and label
    • Show the issue (damage/wrong item)

❌ No unboxing video = No return / No refund

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products without unboxing proof
  • Used or damaged items (after delivery)
  • Physical damage not reported within 48 hours
  • Accessories or items marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • Product is received and inspected
  • Return is approved

Refund Timeline:

  • Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Credited via original payment method through PayU
  • Bank processing may take additional time (3–10 working days)

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only
